What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for a proactive and enthusiastic Full-Time, in-house Customer Service Representative to join us at our warehouse located in Darra, Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:
- Engage with our customers via email, phone and live chat, ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and advice to help customers make the best purchasing decisions.
- Handle order processing, follow-ups, and resolve any issues with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep improving the overall customer experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail (experience in the cycling industry is a plus!).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
